Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, reappoints Josef Meier Spatz of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Halifax Port Authority, to hold office for a term of two years.
