Whereas, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, the Governor in Council may appoint any individual to a roster of candidates for the purpose of subsection 9(1) of that Act;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Canada Transportation Act, appoints the individual named in the attached schedule to the roster of candidates for the purpose of subsection 9(1) of that Act, for a term ending on December 15, 2021.

Attendu que, en vertu du paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, le gouverneur en conseil peut nommer les personnes à inscrire sur une liste de candidats pour l’application du paragraphe 9(1) de cette loi,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil inscrit la personne dont le nom figure à l’annexe ci-jointe sur la liste des candidats pour l’application du paragraphe 9(1) de cette loi, pour un mandat se terminant le 15 décembre 2021.
