The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable J. Michal Fairburn, a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, be appointed Associate Chief Justice of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario.
