Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister for International Trade of Sandra Bosela of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
