Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Roxane Vachon, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), for the period she is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Montréal Regional Office), as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($130,700 - $153,700), effective November 12, 2019, until such time as a new Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Montréal Regional Office) is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Roxane Vachon, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente adjointe (Bureau régional de Montréal), conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (130 700 $ – 153 700 $), à compter du 12 novembre 2019, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau vice-président adjoint (Bureau régional de Montréal) soit désigné.
