Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of the Honourable J. Michael MacDonald, Chairperson of the Independent Review Panel, appointed pursuant to subsection 6(2) of the Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness Act, which per diem is within the range ($1,700 - $2,000), effective August 31, 2020.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 6(3) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de l’honorable J. Michael MacDonald, président du Comité d’examen indépendant, nommé en vertu du paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (1 700 $ – 2 000 $), à compter du 31 août 2020.
