Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 10(1) and (5) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, reappoints Ashleigh Everett of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as a director of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on February 11, 2023.
