Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, pursuant to section 213 of the Canada‍—‍United States‍—‍Mexico Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2020, fixes the date of entry into force of the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America and the United Mexican States as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than section 21, subsection 114‍(1), section 115, subsection 118‍(1), sections 119, 121 to 126, 128, 130, 132 and 135, subsection 137‍(1) and sections 153 to 182.

 

Sur recommandation de la vice-première ministre et ministre des Affaires intergouvernementales et en vertu de l’article 213 de la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord Canada‍–‍États-Unis‍–‍Mexique, chapitre 1 des Lois du Canada (2020), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’Accord entre le Canada, les États-Unis d’Amérique et les États-Unis mexicains la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception de l’article 21, du paragraphe 114‍(1), de l’article 115, du paragraphe 118‍(1), des articles 119, 121 à 126, 128, 130, 132 et 135, du paragraphe 137‍(1) et des articles 153 à 182.
