Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Transport Regulations Concerning CUSMA (Miscellaneous Program), pursuant to

(a) section 4.9 of the Aeronautics Act; and

(b) subsection 11(1) of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements concernant l'ACEUM (ministère des Transports), ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’article 4.9 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique;

b) du paragraphe 11(1) de la Loi sur la sécurité automobile.
