Whereas the Governor in Council deems it necessary to control the importation of certain goods to implement an intergovernmental arrangement or commitment;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 5(1)(e) and section 6 of the Export and Import Permits Act, makes the annexed Order Amending the Import Control List.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 5(1)e) et de l’article 6 de la Loi sur les licences d’exportation et d’importation, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant la Liste des marchandises d’importation contrôlée, ci-après.
