Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, amends Order in Council P.C. 2018-497 of May 3, 2018, by replacing “for a term ending on July 31, 2020” with “for a term ending on January 1, 2021”.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2018-497 du 3 mai 2018, en remplaçant « pour un mandat se terminant le 31 juillet 2020 » par « pour un mandat se terminant le 1er janvier 2021 ».
