Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Stephen Lawrence Bergen of Beaumont, Alberta, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Appeal Division, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective August 8, 2020.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Stephen Lawrence Bergen, de Beaumont (Alberta), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la division d’appel, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an, à compter du 8 août 2020.
