Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Telefilm Canada Act, appoints Emmanuelle Létourneau of Montréal, Quebec, to be a member of Telefilm Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
