Whereas the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Saskatchewan has nominated Leslie W. Prosser, Q.C., of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Saskatchewan;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Leslie W. Prosser, Q.C., of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Saskatchewan, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on April 24, 2022.

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice et procureur général de la Saskatchewan a proposé que Leslie W. Prosser, c.r., de Saskatoon (Saskatchewan), soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Saskatchewan,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Leslie W. Prosser, c.r., de Saskatoon (Saskatchewan), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Saskatchewan, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 24 avril 2022.
