The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Gwen B. Hatch, a puisne Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba (Family Division), be appointed Associate Chief Justice of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba (Family Division).
