Whereas the Law Society of New Brunswick has nominated Maria G. Henheffer, Q.C., of Quispamsis, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Maria G. Henheffer, Q.C., of Quispamsis, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on April 15, 2022.

Attendu que le Barreau du Nouveau-Brunswick a proposé que Maria G. Henheffer, c.r., de Quispamsis (Nouveau-Brunswick), soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Maria G. Henheffer, c.r., de Quispamsis (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 15 avril 2022.
