Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, reappoints Shelley M. Rinehart of Saint John, New Brunswick, as a director of the Saint John Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective September 28, 2020.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Shelley M. Rinehart, de Saint John (Nouveau-Brunswick), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Saint John, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 28 septembre 2020.
