Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, approves the election by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Digvir S. Jayas, O.C., of Winnipeg, Manitoba, a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to be Vice-President of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on May 14, 2021.
