Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Laura S. Brittain, full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), for the period she is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Ottawa District Office), as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($130,700 - $153,700), effective April 29, 2019, until such time as a new Assistant Deputy Chairperson (Ottawa District Office) is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Laura S. Brittain, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente adjointe (Bureau du district d’Ottawa), conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (130 700 $ – 153 700 $), à compter du 29 avril 2019, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau vice-président adjoint (Bureau du district d’Ottawa) soit désigné.
