Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, pursuant to section 4 of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, re-appoints Joseph Hincke of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term beginning on April 9, 2020 and ending on August 31, 2020.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil Privé de la Reine pour le Canada et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Joseph Hincke, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, à titre inamovible pour un mandat commençant le 9 avril 2020 et se terminant le 31 août 2020.
