Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 99 and 133 of the Customs Tariff, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Customs Tariff (Miscellaneous Program).
