Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, authorizes the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Protocol replacing the North American Free Trade Agreement with the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America, and the United Mexican States, done at Buenos Aires on November 30, 2018, and related binding instruments.

 

Sur recommandation de la vice-première ministre et ministre des Affaires intergouvernementales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise soit le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada du Protocole visant à remplacer l’Accord de libre-échange nord-américain par l’Accord entre le Canada, les États-Unis d’Amérique et les États-Unis Mexicains, fait à Buenos Aires le 30 novembre 2018, et des instruments contraignants connexes.
