Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Steven Roy Christopher Bento to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Saint- John’s, Antigua & Barbuda, to hold office during pleasure for a period of five years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Steven Roy Christopher Bento, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Steven Roy Christopher Bento, consul honoraire du Canada à Saint-John’s (Antigua-et-Barbuda), à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
