Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant an option to extend the lease with BBC Golf Ltd., operating as Club de Golf Champlain, and Stan Brigham, as the indemnifier, for a period of ten years, beginning on April 1, 2020, for the real property located at 1145 chemin d’Aylmer, in Gatineau, Quebec, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à BBC Golf Ltd., exploitée sous le nom de Club de Golf Champlain, et à Stan Brigham, à titre de garant, d’une option de prolongation de dix ans, à compter du 1^er avril 2020, du bail portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 1145, chemin d’Aylmer, à Gatineau (Québec), dont la description figure à l’annexe A, et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
