Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration with respect to the provisions of the annexed Regulations, and on the recommendation of the Treasury Board with respect to section 3 of the annexed Regulations, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 89(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and paragraph 19.1(a) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Amendment of Certain Fees).
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, en ce qui concerne les dispositions du règlement ci-après, et sur recommandation du Conseil du Trésor, en ce qui concerne l’article 3 de ce règlement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend, en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 89(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés et de l’alinéa 19.1a) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (modification de certains frais) ci-après.
