Whereas the Honourable Jane A. Milanetti, a judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, has become afflicted with a permanent infirmity disabling her from the due execution of her office and has tendered her resignation;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice,

(a) accepts the resignation of the Honourable Jane A. Milanetti; and

(b) pursuant to paragraph 42(1.1)(b) of the Judges Act, grants to the Honourable Jane A. Milanetti an annuity of $219,933.33, commencing on the day on which this Order in Council is made and continuing during her life.

Attendu que l’honorable Jane A. Milanetti, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, a donné sa démission pour incapacité par suite d’une infirmité permanente,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) accepte la démission de l’honorable Jane A. Milanetti;

b) en vertu de l’alinéa 42(1.1)b) de la Loi sur les juges, accorde à l’honorable Jane A. Milanetti, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 219 933,33 $, payable à compter de la date de prise du présent décret.
