Whereas, pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Letter Mail Regulations, in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on June 15, 2019 and a reasonable opportunity was afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services with respect to the proposed Regulations;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 19(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, approves the annexed Regulations Amending the Letter Mail Regulations, made on August 22, 2019 by the Canada Post Corporation.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 20(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les envois poste-lettres, conforme au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Partie I de la Gazette du Canada le 15 juin 2019 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard à la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu du paragraphe 19(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les envois poste-lettres, ci-après, pris par la Société canadienne des postes le 22 août 2019.
