Whereas the Chief Justice of Quebec has nominated the Honourable Robert M. Mainville, a puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Quebec - West;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable Robert M. Mainville, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Quebec - West, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on May 1, 2021.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable Robert M. Mainville, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Québec – ouest, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mai 2021.
