Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsections 3.1(1) and 3.1(2) of the Canadian Commercial Corporation Act, appoints Charles Paul Marcotte of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Commercial Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, or until such time as a new President is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($226,000 - $265,800), effective December 16, 2019.
