Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada » figurant en regard de la mention « Secrétariat des conférences intergouvernementales canadiennes » à la colonne I par la mention « La vice-première ministre et ministre des Affaires intergouvernementales ».
