Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of Shared Services Canada in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of State (Digital Government), effective November 20, 2019.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux » figurant en regard de la mention « Services partagés Canada » à la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre d’État (Gouvernement numérique) ».

 

Cette mesure prend effet le 20 novembre 2019.
