Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act,

(a) repeals paragraph (c) of Order in Council P.C. 2018-1014 of July 18, 2018; and

(b) designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 2 de la Loi sur l’activité physique et le sport, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge l’alinéa c) du décret C.P. 2018-1014 du 18 juillet 2018;

b) charge le ministre du Patrimoine canadien, membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada, de l’application de cette loi en ce qui a trait au sport.
