Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 12 of An Act to enact the Impact Assessment Act and the Canadian Energy Regulator Act, to amend the Navigation Protection Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, fixes the remuneration of former permanent members of the National Energy Board, as set out in the annexed schedule.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 12 de la Loi édictant la Loi sur l’évaluation d’impact et la Loi sur la Régie canadienne de l’énergie, modifiant la Loi sur la protection de la navigation et apportant des modifications corrélatives à d’autres lois, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération des anciens membres permanents de l’Office national de l’énergie, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe.
