Whereas the Minister of Justice and Solicitor General of Alberta has nominated Jennifer Cleall of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Alberta;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Jennifer Cleall of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Alberta, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on August 1, 2021.

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice et solliciteur général d’Alberta a proposé que Jennifer Cleall, d’Edmonton (Alberta), soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Alberta,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Jennifer Cleall, d’Edmonton (Alberta), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province d’Alberta, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er août 2021.
