Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Department of the Environment Act, appoints Christine Hogan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of the Environment, to be styled Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($232,700 - $273,700), effective September 30, 2019.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Christine Hogan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre de l’Environnement, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre de l’Environnement et du Changement climatique, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (232 700 $ – 273 700 $), à compter du 30 septembre 2019.
