Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 76 of the Species at Risk Act, makes the annexed Exemption Order for Certain Licences, Authorizations and Documents (Rainbow Trout (Athabasca River populations)).

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Pêches et des Océans et de la ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 76 de la Loi sur les espèces en péril, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret d’exemption visant certains permis, autorisations et documents (truite arc-en-ciel (populations de la rivière Athabasca)), ci-après.
