Whereas the Chief Justice of Manitoba has nominated the Honourable Diana M. Cameron, a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Manitoba;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, reappoints the Honourable Diana M. Cameron, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Manitoba, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on August 1, 2021.

Attendu que le juge en chef du Manitoba a proposé que l’honorable Diana M. Cameron, juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Manitoba,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme de nouveau l’honorable Diana M. Cameron, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Manitoba, à titre amovible pour une période se terminant le 1^er août 2021.
