Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsections 10(2), 13(2), 15(3) and 15(4) of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Act,

(a)   appoints Kimberly Dunphy of St-John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six years;

(b)   agrees with the Provincial Government that the salary and other terms and conditions of appointment of Kimberly Dunphy as a member of the Canada–Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board should be in accordance with the annexed schedule; and

(c)   fixes the terms and conditions of employment, as well as the salary of Kimberly Dunphy at the rate set out in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des paragraphes 10(2), 13(2), 15(3) et 15(4) de la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord atlantique Canada —Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)   nomme Kimberly Dunphy, de St-John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre de l’Office Canada — Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de six ans;

b)   convient avec le gouvernement provincial que le traitement et les autres conditions d’emploi de Kimberly Dunphy à titre de membre de l’Office Canada — Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador des hydrocarbures extracôtiers soient conformes à l’annexe ci-jointe;

c)   fixe les conditions d’emploi et le traitement de Kimberly Dunphy au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe.
