Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Roland Anthony Henry Hackl of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to be a full-time Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b) pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($183,600 - $216,000); and

(c) pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Roland Anthony Henry Hackl be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective July 2, 2019.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)   en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et du paragraphe 10(1) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Roland Anthony Henry Hackl, de Saskatoon (Saskatchewan), vice-président à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)   en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (183 600 $ – 216 000 $);

c)   en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Roland Anthony Henry Hackl soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 2 juillet 2019.
