Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, after consultation with the board of directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, re-appoints Richard Sexton of Petawawa, Ontario, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year or until such time as a new President and Chief Executive Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($325,300 - $381,700), effective February 7, 2020.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, après consultation du conseil d’administration d’Énergie atomique du Canada Limitée et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Richard Sexton, de Petawawa (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant d’Énergie atomique du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible pour une période d’un an ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président et premier dirigeant soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (325 300 $ – 381 700 $), à compter du 7 février 2020.
