Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Craig Michael Smith Costantino of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective July 15, 2019.
