Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 6(2) of the Indian Lands Agreement (1986) Act, confirms, as a Specific Agreement, the Final Agreement of November 3, 2004 between the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte First Nation, Her Majesty in right of Canada and Her Majesty in right of Ontario.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux Autochtones et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi de l’Accord de 1986 concernant les terres indiennes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ratifie, à titre d’accord particulier, l’accord intitulé « Final Agreement », conclu le 3 novembre 2004 entre la première nation des Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, Sa Majesté du chef du Canada et Sa Majesté du chef de l’Ontario.
