Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Canadian Heritage; Hélène Laurendeau, Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage; Jean-Stéphen Piché, Assistant Deputy Minister, Cultural Affairs, Canadian Heritage; or Roman Waschuk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Ukraine, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Audiovisual Coproduction Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le cabinet des ministres de l’Ukraine;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Pablo Rodriguez, ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Hélène Laurendeau, sous-ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Jean-Stéphen Piché, sous-ministre adjoint, Affaires culturelles, Patrimoine canadien, ou Roman Waschuk, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de l’Ukraine, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Traité de coproduction audiovisuelle entre le gouvernement du Canada et le cabinet des ministres de l’Ukraine.
