Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Industry; the President of the Canadian Space Agency; the Director General of the Space Science and Technology, Canadian Space Agency, or the Canadian Permanent Delegate to the European Space Agency, to commit the Government of Canada, including through a vote, at the 2019 Ministerial Council and subsequent related meetings, on the declarations of the European Space Agency programs that have been identified by the Canadian Space Agency for strategic participation for strategic participation and up to a maximum financial commitment, which will take effect on 26 November 2019.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre de l’Industrie, le président de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, le directeur général, Sciences et technologies spatiales, de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, ou le délégué permanent du Canada auprès de l’Agence spatiale européenne, à engager le gouvernement du Canada, y compris au moyen d’un vote, lors du Conseil ministériel de 2019 et des réunions connexes ultérieures, relativement aux déclarations de l’Agence spatiale européenne se rapportant aux programmes déterminés par l’Agence spatiale canadienne en vue d’une participation stratégique, jusqu’à concurrence d’un engagement financier maximal, qui prendra effet le 26 novembre 2019.
