Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 108(5) of An Act to amend the Canada Business Corporations Act, the Canada Cooperatives Act, the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and the Competition Act, chapter 8 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes January 1, 2020, as the day on which section 24 of that Act comes into force.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 108(5) de la Loi modifiant la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions, la Loi canadienne sur les coopératives, la Loi canadienne sur les organisations à but non lucratif et la Loi sur la concurrence, chapitre 8 des Lois du Canada (2018), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er janvier 2020 la date à laquelle l’article 24 de cette loi entre en vigueur.
