Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraphs 35(1)(d), (e) and (f), subsection 182(1) and paragraphs 244(f) and (h) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, makes the annexed Environmental Response Regulations.
