Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister for International Development and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 8 of the International Financial Assistance Act, makes the annexed International Financial Assistance Regulations.
