The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Mahmud Jamal of the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario.
