Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of Margaret Frances MacDonald of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Jocelyne Marie-Pauline Houle.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux de Margaret Frances MacDonald, de Dartmouth (Nouvelle-Écosse), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Jocelyne Marie-Pauline Houle.
