Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 4 of the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada Act, appoints Judith Robertson of Toronto, Ontario, to be Commissioner of the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($242,700 - $285,500), effective August 19, 2019.
